Functieomschrijving You are responsible for managing the full end‑to‑end Dutch payroll cycle, including monthly processing, statutory updates, data changes, and employee payroll queries. You ensure accurate and compliant payroll outputs by coordinating closely with external payroll providers and internal stakeholders across the NL/UK/BE hub. You handle all payroll‑related changes such as starters, leavers, global transfers, variable pay, allowances, and leave processes. You support cross‑country payroll activities, benefits administration, audits, year‑end processes, and mobility‑related payroll requirements. You drive process improvements, maintain strong controls, and act as the Dutch payroll subject‑matter expert within the wider regional payroll team. Profiel You have at least 3-5 years of working experience in a similar role. You bring strong Dutch payroll expertise (including wage tax, social security, pensions) and can independently manage complex, end‑to‑end payroll processes with confidence. You are highly accurate and detail‑oriented, with the ability to meet strict deadlines while juggling multiple parallel tasks. You communicate clearly, build strong relationships with stakeholders, and feel comfortable collaborating with HR, Finance, Benefits, Mobility, and external advisors. You show initiative, take ownership, and use good judgment to solve new or complex issues without needing day‑to‑day guidance. You are tech‑savvy, proactive about improving processes, and experienced with payroll/HR systems as well as Office 365. You speak English fluently.
