About the Role

Job Title: Bottling Machine Operator - 2nd Shift Job DescriptionJoin our dynamic production team as a Bottling Machine Operator on the 2nd Shift. You will be responsible for operating and maintaining sleeving and bottling machines, ensuring efficient and high-quality production.Responsibilities<ul><li>Follow procedures to operate and clean sleeving and bottling machines.</li><li>Ensure sleeves are placed correctly on bottles and prevent bottlenecks.</li><li>Verify date codes for accuracy during daily runs.</li><li>Communicate machine status and unacceptable bottle quality to supervisors.</li><li>Provide relief to other Machine Operators during downtime or re-assignment to maintain departmental efficiency.</li><li>Perform basic troubleshooting and routine maintenance on machines promptly.</li><li>Report to workstation on time, wearing proper work attire, and assist in work area setup.</li><li>Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and Sanitization Standard Operating Procedures (SSOP) ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards.</li><li>Conduct behavior in compliance with company employee policies.</li><li>Perform additional duties as assigned.</li></ul>Essential Skills<ul><li>Proficiency in machine operation with at least 2+ years of experience.</li><li>Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.</li><li>Experience with production and packaging machines.</li><li>Understanding of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).</li></ul>Additional Skills & Qualifications<ul><li>Preferred experience with GMP.</li><li>Experience in setting up machines.</li></ul>Why Work Here?Become part of a family-oriented team with 60 employees where the company invests in its workforce and promotes from within.
