Receptionist
Rolling contract - likely 2-3 months - up to £14 per hour PAYE
Moorgate, London based
40 hours per week - Monday-Friday - 8am-5pm
Key Responsibilities
Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner
Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls promptly
Manage incoming and outgoing mail, deliveries, and couriers
Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable reception area
Schedule appointments and manage meeting room bookings
Provide basic information to visitors and callers about the organization
Handle administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation
Support other departments with ad hoc administrative duties
Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary
Ensure security procedures are followed by monitoring visitor access
Key Skills and Qualifications
Proven experience in a receptionist, front desk, or customer service role
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
Professional appearance and attitude
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Good organisational and time-management skills
Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
