Trainee Estate Agent

As a trainee estate agent within this busy team, you will be learn the entire property sales process, receiving outstanding training and enabling you to become a successful estate agent within a 12 month training period. You must be able to work to weekly targets and KPI’s, you will proactively contact prospective vendors to arrange property viewings and valuations, along with upselling a range of additional services to your clients. You will be responsible for marketing properties line, dealing with incoming telephone enquiries and carrying out various administrative duties. This is a varied and busy role where you will be challenged every day and you will have an opportunity to make a real difference to the success of the company.
