What You’ll Be Doing:

• Designing and executing regional marketing strategies tailored for Germany, aligning with global objectives and local market needs.
• Developing and managing integrated campaigns across digital, events, and content channels to drive demand generation and brand awareness.
• Partnering closely with sales teams to enable pipeline growth and accelerate customer acquisition.
• Analyzing market trends, customer insights, and competitive intelligence to inform marketing tactics and messaging.
• Leading and mentoring a team of marketing professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and high performance.
• Managing relationships with external agencies, partners, and industry associations to amplify Synopsys’ presence.

What You’ll Need:

• Minimum 10 years of experience in field marketing, demand generation, or regional marketing roles within the tech industry.
• Proven expertise in designing and executing integrated marketing campaigns for B2B audiences.
• Strong knowledge of semiconductor, software, or high-tech markets, ideally with experience in Germany or EMEA.
• Advanced proficiency in marketing automation, CRM, and analytics platforms.
• Exceptional project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in English and German required; additional European languages are a plus.
