About the job BMS Controls Engineer Newcastle £60,000 - £75,000 + Package Join one of Europe's leading data centre contractors, delivering cutting-edge hyperscale projects across the UK and Europe. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced BMS Controls Engineer to work on large-scale, mission-critical facilities while developing your career within a fast-growing organisation. The Role Deliver BMS software engineering, testing and commissioning on data centre projects. Configure and integrate BMS systems with HVAC and critical infrastructure. Carry out point-to-point testing, functional testing and system validation. Support FAT, SAT and project handovers. Work closely with project managers, commissioning teams and clients to ensure successful project delivery. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues throughout the project lifecycle. Requirements Experience as a BMS Controls Engineer, BMS Project Engineer or BMS Commissioning Engineer. Strong knowledge of BMS platforms such as Trend, Tridium Niagara, Schneider EcoStruxure, Siemens, Honeywell or Johnson Controls. Experience within data centres or other critical environments is highly desirable. Understanding of HVAC controls, BACnet, Modbus and control strategies. Full UK driving licence.
