Salary: Up to £37,000
Monday – Friday | 8:00am – 5:00pm

An opportunity has become available for a Mobile Plumbing Engineer covering sites across the Rugby, Brackley, Northampton and Daventry area.

This is a mobile role carrying out planned and reactive plumbing maintenance across a portfolio of commercial buildings. The role includes a company van with personal use, travel pay and participation in a call-out rota.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive plumbing repairs across multiple sites

• Work on general plumbing systems including pipework, taps, toilets, waste systems and water services

• Diagnose faults and carry out repairs efficiently and safely

• Ensure all work is completed in line with health & safety regulations and compliance standards

• Complete job reports and maintenance documentation accurately

• Work alongside the wider engineering team to maintain building services

Requirements

• Minimum Level 2 Plumbing qualification (Level 3 preferred)

• Previous experience within commercial maintenance or facilities environments

• Good fault-finding and problem-solving skills

• Full UK driving licence

• Ability to obtain BPSS clearance

Package

• Salary up to £37,000 depending on experience and qualifications

• Company van with personal use

• Call-out rota: 1 in 8 weeks

• £150 standby payment

• Minimum 4 hours paid per call-out

• 25 days holiday + bank holidays

• 30 minutes travel time paid each way
