The Company & Role A fast-growing, contemporary QSR brand serving freshly made dishes across the UK & globally are rapidly expanding globally with a heavy focus on innovation and are looking for a NPD Manager to take over & lead the division. They are committed to delivering a fresh, high-quality customer experience that sets us apart in the market. This individual will drive the creation and launch of new, exciting menu items across all locations; blending creativity with commercial insight, ensuring every new product aligns with brand standards, operational feasibility, and customer expectations. Key Responsibilities Lead the end-to-end development of new menu items from concept through launch. Recommend appropriate cooking processes, techniques, and equipment to ensure consistency, quality, and operational efficiency across all stores. Collaborate with chefs, operations, marketing, and supply chain to ensure products are scalable and cost-effective. Conduct market research, trend analysis, and competitor benchmarking to identify opportunities for innovation. Manage recipe creation, testing, and menu trial processes. Monitor product performance post-launch, gather feedback, and implement improvements. Ensure all new products meet health, safety, and quality standards. Support international expansion by adapting products for new markets. Skills and Experience Proven experience in food product development, ideally in QSR or fast-growing F&B brands. Strong understanding of culinary trends and operational constraints in high-volume outlets. Ability to translate creative ideas into commercially viable menu items. Excellent project management and cross-functional collaboration skills. Knowledge of food safety regulations and quality standards. Strong analytical skills and a results-driven approach.
