Interim Project Manager – Creative & Marketing

Iconic Resourcing is currently supporting a high-growth consumer brand with the appointment of an Interim Project Manager to support its growing creative and marketing function.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Project Manager who has worked within a creative, marketing, design agency or similarly fast-paced environment and is confident bringing structure, organisation and effective ways of working to busy teams.

The Role

Working closely with the wider marketing and creative teams, you will take ownership of a range of projects, ensuring priorities are clear, deadlines are managed and stakeholders are kept up to date.

You'll be joining the business at an exciting time of growth, with a large volume of creative and marketing projects underway and a real focus on improving project management processes and ways of working.

You'll be responsible for:

• Managing multiple creative and marketing projects from planning through to delivery

• Bringing structure and organisation to a busy creative environment

• Improving project visibility, processes and ways of working

• Identifying potential issues and putting practical solutions in place

• Managing timelines, priorities and competing demands

• Working closely with creative, marketing and wider business stakeholders

• Driving change and encouraging new ways of working

• Providing clear updates on project progress, risks and deadlines

About You

We're looking for someone who can hit the ground running and is comfortable working in a fast-paced, creative environment.

You'll ideally have:

• Strong project management experience within creative, marketing, design, agency or a similar environment

• Experience managing multiple projects and stakeholders

• Excellent organisational and communication skills

• Strong stakeholder and change management experience

• A practical, solutions-focused approach

• The confidence to challenge existing processes and introduce improvements

• The ability to build strong relationships with creative and marketing teams

• Experience working in a high-growth or changing business would be advantageous
