About the Role

Public Policy Administrator MENA (Arabic Speaking) Contract UK-based (remote) £42,000-47,000 An opportunity to join a world-leading technology organisation at the intersection of public policy, trust & safety, and operations, supporting high-impact work across the Middle East and North Africa. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys combining policy thinking with strong execution. You'll help monitor emerging regulatory and on-platform risks, while also owning the operational processes that keep sensitive escalations and stakeholder requests moving efficiently. Key responsibilities include: Tracking and assessing policy and regulatory issues across the MENA region Triaging inbound content and account-related requests from external partners Coordinating with internal teams to progress and resolve escalations Maintaining clear documentation, case tracking, and closure for all requests Maintaining team calendars, including leave schedules and key regional events Assisting with budget administration, invoicing, contracts, and quarterly reporting What we're looking for: Fluent written and spoken Arabic and English (essential) Strong understanding of the MENA policy, regulatory, and cultural landscape Experience in public policy, government affairs, tech operations, trust & safety, or similar Highly organised, detail-driven, and comfortable with administrative ownership Confident communicator able to manage sensitive issues with discretion Able to work autonomously in a fast-paced, evolving environment This role will move fast, apply today!
