An experienced Senior Sales and Lettings Negotiator is required for a local Independent Estate & Lettings Agency based in West Ealing. responsible for running the Sales and Lettings team, encouraging , developing, motivating as well as illustrating the benefits of maintaining relationships with vendors and applicants; capable to work independently and achieve ambitious targets with a proven track record as a Senior Sales and Lettings Negotiator with Valuations experience; responsible for winning new instructions and closing the deals; well-presented and be a result driven individual with a genuine passion for the property industry excellent communication skills and have the ability to work in a busy environment strong organizational abilities and innovative market growth strategies, planning and implementation.
