This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well‑established, family-run nursery producing young trees, hedging plants and seasonal bedding. With 8 hectares of glass plus outdoor production, they're looking for a practical, committed Nursery Manager to help drive the business forward.
You'll be joining a genuinely supportive team that cares deeply about their people, is hands-on, and wants someone who fits their values as much as their skillset.
Tree experience would be ideal, but strong nursery or glasshouse experience from other crops is absolutely transferable.
What's the Job?
You'll take full responsibility for day-to-day nursery operations across indoor and outdoor production.
You'll lead the team, manage crop quality, keep the site running efficiently, and drive continuous improvement.
