Financial Governance</h3> <ul> <li>Oversee accounting operations with a focus on accuracy, compliance, and financial integrity.</li> <li>Ensure timely preparation of financial statements, reports, and regulatory documents.</li> <li>Lead audit readiness, internal and external audit coordination, and financial documentation management.</li> <li>Strengthen internal controls, risk management frameworks, and governance practices to safeguard organizational assets.</li> <li>Collaborate with external advisors on tax planning, reporting, and compliance efforts.</li> </ul> <h3>Cash Flow, Revenue Optimization &amp; Capital Management</h3> <ul> <li>Develop cash management strategies, liquidity forecasting, and working capital optimization.</li> <li>Manage revenue recognition practices, billing processes, and financial policies to support growth.</li> <li>Oversee capital planning and financial oversight for strategic investments.</li> <li>Identify cost-saving opportunities while maintaining business momentum and effectiveness.</li> <li>Drive profitability enhancements through financial analysis and operational partnerships.</li> </ul> <h3>Systems, Analytics &amp; Process Transformation</h3> <ul> <li>Advocate for modern financial systems, reporting automation, and process efficiencies.</li> <li>Utilize ERP platforms and business intelligence tools for improved visibility and decision support.</li> <li>Establish scalable reporting structures for real-time financial insights.</li> <li>Lead financial systems upgrades, workflow improvements, and transformation initiatives for growth.</li> </ul> <h2>What We’re Looking For</h2> <h3>Experience &amp;
