The Clinical Support Coordinator is responsible for performing assigned centralized functions in the home care setting.

Responsibilities

  • 1. Complete assigned tasks in EPIC EMR and other applications/areas for documented workflow procedures
  • 2. Generates lists and reports as requested
  • 3. Follows customer service etiquette
  • 4. Performs various clerical tasks in support of the clinical teams
  • 5. Assists nurses or clinicians with various tasks, paperwork, and reporting requests
  • 6. May inventory and order office and clinical supplies as needed
  • 7. Performs other duties as assigned

Qualifications

EDUCATION

 

High School diploma or equivalent required.

 

EXPERIENCE

 

Minimum of 1 year of administrative experience in a medical office or healthcare setting is required. Home care experience is preferred.

 

SPECIAL SKILLS

 

Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills with an ability to work independently and multi-task. Knowledge of EPIC and Microsoft Office applications is preferred.
