Position Summary The Shift Equipment Engineer is responsible for performing routine and corrective maintenance on wafer test equipment to ensure stable production operations. The role requires strong curiosity and observational skills to identify abnormalities early and drive continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities Perform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of wafer test equipment. Monitor equipment performance and conduct timely diagnostics to prevent unexpected downtime. Document maintenance activities and update equipment logs accurately. Collaborate closely with team members to ensure smooth shift handover and consistent production support. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment reliability and operational efficiency.
