About the role: justteachers are supporting a primary school in Warwick to recruit a Pastoral Support Assistant. This is a full-time role with a September 2026 start, fixed term until the end of the academic year. The school places wellbeing at the centre of its ethos and has invested heavily in pastoral provision, creating a calm and supportive environment where every child is encouraged to succeed. Staff receive regular safeguarding and wellbeing CPD. Key Responsibilities: • Support pupils’ emotional health and wellbeing • Deliver pastoral and attendance interventions • Build positive relationships with pupils and families • Work collaboratively with school leaders and external agencies Pre-requisites: Level 2 or higher teaching assistant qualification or equivalent (Must be relevant to working with children) Proven experience working with children in a school or relevant setting (That can be referenced) A minimum of two references that cover the past two years, including last employer.
