This is a remote position.
We are looking for a creative and user-centric Product Manager with a strong focus on UI/UX to join our innovative team. In this role, you will be responsible for shaping the user experience and interface design of our product, ensuring that every interaction is intuitive and impactful. Responsibilities:
- Define and execute the product vision and strategy with a focus on exceptional UI/UX
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, engineering, and marketing, to ensure seamless product development
- Lead the discovery, ideation, and development of new features, ensuring they meet both user needs and business goals
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for improving the user experience
- Translate user feedback into product requirements, wireframes, and prototypes
- Prioritize product features and maintain a clear roadmap in alignment with stakeholders
- Ensure consistent design language and usability across all products and platforms
- Work closely with the design and engineering teams to ensure flawless execution and delivery of features
Key Skills:
- Strong understanding of UI/UX principles and best practices
- Ability to translate user needs into clear product requirements and wireframes
- Experience with user research, A/B testing, and usability testing
- Data-driven mindset, with a focus on analyzing user behavior and engagement metrics
- Knowledge of product management tools (JIRA, Trello, Asana) and wireframing/prototyping tools (Figma, Sketch, InVision)
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with a passion for working in a team environment
- Ability to balance user experience, design aesthetics, and business needs
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager, with a focus on UI/UX design
- Proven track record of managing successful digital products from concept to launch
- Experience working closely with design and engineering teams in an Agile environment
- Strong portfolio demonstrating a deep understanding of user experience design and product development
- Familiarity with design systems and responsive design for both web and mobile platforms
- Experience with UX research methodologies and data-driven decision-making
Nice to Have:
- Background in design or front-end development
- Experience with accessibility standards and inclusive design
- Familiarity with UI/UX trends and tools for rapid prototyping and wireframing
