Fundamental experience and a strong interest in AI-driven solutions, particularly in LLM integration and agentic systems/frameworks.

Experience in driving architectural decisions and evaluating technical trade-offs.
Proficiency in identifying and managing technical risks, dependencies, and technical debt.

Main responsibilities
Design, build, and maintain highly scalable, robust Kotlin-based features and distributed components, taking full ownership of code quality, observability, and technical debt management.
Drive the technical implementation of cutting-edge AI capabilities by integrating LLMs, agentic frameworks, and smart automation into the core platform to directly enhance the end-user experience.
Act as a true autonomous contributor within a team of specialists and collaborate closely with Product Managers, UX Designers, and cloud engineers on GCP/Kubernetes while evaluating trade-offs, managing technical risks, and mentoring the team.
