Therefore, we follow a clear onboarding process for recruitment agencies.
Before you submit candidates (important)
We only accept candidate profiles from recruitment agencies after successful completion of our onboarding process and only when a Burckhardt Compression contact has requested support for a specific vacancy. Please do not send speculative profiles or applications without prior alignment - these will not be considered.
To avoid misunderstandings, we do not accept unsolicited CVs sent outside our defined process (e.g., directly to hiring managers or via email without prior agreement). This approach is consistent with common market practice and helps protect candidate data and ensure a fair, transparent recruitment process.

Vacancy posting guidelines for registered agenciesAll vacancies, open for recruitment agencies are posted in our portal. Please use your respective login to access the portal and oversee our vacancies. For special requirements where we require your support to fill the position, we may notify you separately.
