CPAM Global is a shared services organization providing centralized finance, accounting, HR, and operational support to multiple operating companies within project-based industries. Our focus is on consistency, accuracy, and scalable processes that support growth across our portfolio.
We are expanding our Corporate team and are seeking a detail-oriented, motivated Executive Assistant to join our Corporate office in Warren, NJ. The ideal candidate will have experience supporting C-Suite executives.

Essential Functions:
Manage and prioritize the CEO’s complex calendar in alignment with business and leadership priorities
Act as a gatekeeper to the CEO, handling internal and external communications with discretion
Serve as a liaison between the CEO, Chief of Staff, internal teams, clients, and external partners
Coordinate executive meetings, including scheduling, agendas, materials, and follow-ups
Track and drive progress on key initiatives, action items, and leadership priorities
Prepare presentations, reports, and briefing materials for executive meetings
Draft and manage professional correspondence on behalf of the CEO
Coordinate travel arrangements, itineraries, and expense reporting
Maintain strict confidentiality across all executive matters
Supports special projects, cross-functional initiatives, and company events
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
5–10+ years of experience supporting senior executives (C-suite preferred)
Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize competing demands and manage a highly dynamic workload
Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to draft and edit professional correspondence and executive-level materials
High level of discretion, judgment, and professionalism in handling confidential and sensitive information
Proven ability to operate independently, anticipate executive needs, and proactively resolve issues with minimal direction
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-demand environment while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
Experience coordinating leadership teams, executive meetings, and board-level materials
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), with the ability to produce high-quality documents and presentations
Experience in a professional services, engineering, or consulting environment preferred
Physical Requirements:
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
Light to moderate lifting may be required.

Compensation and Benefits:
Pay Range: $80,000-$120,000 depending on level of experience
