The Role
You will take full ownership of proactive sales activity across the Leeds market. This is a field-based, relationship-led role where visibility, networking and personality matter.
You’ll be:
Generating new business through direct outreach and face-to-face meetings
Building and nurturing long-term client relationships
Identifying high-value opportunities using data and market insight
Creating and executing a targeted sales strategy
Representing a respected and recognisable brand in the local market
This is a role for someone who enjoys being out in the city, making things happen — not hiding behind emails.
About You
A strong, sales-focused Business Development Manager
Proven experience in proactive, face-to-face B2B sales
Confident, resilient, and full of character
Well-networked in the Leeds area with strong local knowledge
Commercially sharp and target-driven
Comfortable operating at pace in a fast-moving environment
Highly presentable, articulate and relationship-focused
