This is an exciting opportunity to work directly alongside a dynamic Director of Sales & Marketing and play a key role in driving commercial growth across a high-profile Leeds-based operation. If you thrive on face-to-face selling, building real relationships, and winning new business — keep reading. The Role You will take full ownership of proactive sales activity across the Leeds market. This is a field-based, relationship-led role where visibility, networking and personality matter. You’ll be: Generating new business through direct outreach and face-to-face meetings Building and nurturing long-term client relationships Identifying high-value opportunities using data and market insight Creating and executing a targeted sales strategy Representing a respected and recognisable brand in the local market This is a role for someone who enjoys being out in the city, making things happen — not hiding behind emails.
