We are seeking a proactive and ambitious Graduate Valuation Surveyor to join our expanding Valuation & Lease Advisory team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone at the start of their surveying career to work alongside Chartered Surveyors on a diverse caseload and to develop technical, professional and client-facing skills within a supportive, growing practice.

Summary of Role
Key responsibilities
Assist with the preparation of valuation reports, market rental advice and other professional documents under the supervision of senior surveyors.
Undertake property inspections and site visits, recording measured and qualitative information accurately.
Support the team in compiling comparable evidence, market research and desk-based analysis to inform valuations and advice.
Contribute to lease advisory work, including rent reviews and lease negotiations, as experience develops.
Maintain detailed and accurate records of appointments, client instructions and property data within company systems.
Liaise with clients, occupiers, agents and colleagues in a professional manner, arranging inspections and following up enquiries promptly.
Ensure compliance with internal procedures and regulatory requirements, including anti-money laundering checks where required.
Attend internal and external meetings, providing clear and concise updates on allocated matters.
Engage in continuous professional development and support progression towards RICS accreditation or other relevant qualifications.
Requirements
Degree in Real Estate, Surveying, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
An interest in valuation and lease advisory matters with a desire to build a long-term career in property.
Strong numerical, analytical and report-writing skills with a keen attention to detail.
Confident communicator, able to interact professionally with clients and colleagues both verbally and in writing.
Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and comfortable learning new property/valuation systems.
Organised and able to manage multiple priorities, plan site visits and meet deadlines.
Self-motivated, adaptable and eager to learn; able to work both independently and as part of a team.
Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle desirable due to site visit requirements.
