๐ Hours: Full-time / Part-time | Flexible shifts (incl. evenings & weekends)

We're looking for a dedicated, compassionate individual to support people facing homelessness and addiction in the heart of Leeds. You'll be working directly with individuals at some of the most challenging points in their lives, helping them rebuild, recover, and regain independence.
๐ What You'll Be Doing๐ค Supporting individuals on a one-to-one basis
๐งญ Creating tailored support and recovery plans
๐ Helping people access housing and essential services
๐ฌ Providing emotional support and practical guidance
โ ๏ธ Responding to crises and safeguarding concerns
๐ Keeping accurate, up-to-date case records
๐ Working alongside partner agencies and services
๐ค Who We're Looking ForYou're someone who truly cares and isn't afraid of a challenge.
Essential:
Experience working with vulnerable adults (homelessness, addiction, or similar)
Understanding of substance misuse, mental health, and complex needs
Strong communication and resilience
Calm, non-judgemental approach
Desirable:
Qualification in Health & Social Care (or similar)
Knowledge of trauma-informed care
UK driving licence
