You'll be working directly with individuals at some of the most challenging points in their lives, helping them rebuild, recover, and regain independence. 🌟 What You'll Be Doing🤝 Supporting individuals on a one-to-one basis 🧭 Creating tailored support and recovery plans 🏠 Helping people access housing and essential services 💬 Providing emotional support and practical guidance ⚠️ Responding to crises and safeguarding concerns 📋 Keeping accurate, up-to-date case records 🌐 Working alongside partner agencies and services 👤 Who We're Looking ForYou're someone who truly cares and isn't afraid of a challenge.
