They are a business with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality service to commercial customers across London and the M25.<br> <br>The company currently employs a close-knit team and carries out work for a variety of clients including hotels, restaurants, golf courses, and other commercial premises.<br><br>Their core services cover refrigeration, air conditioning, ventilation, catering equipment, and gas systems.<br><strong><br>The Role<br></strong><br>Due to continued growth, our client is looking for a Mobile Refrigeration Engineer to join their team, covering London, the M25, and surrounding Home Counties.<br><br>This is primarily a refrigeration-focused role, although candidates with strong air conditioning experience will be viewed favourably. The successful candidate will carry out service, maintenance, fault finding, and repair work on a wide range of commercial refrigeration equipment.<br><br>The business is looking for someone who enjoys being part of a team and is willing to support colleagues and contribute to the continued growth of the company.<br><br><strong>Equipment Worked On</strong><br><ul><li>Walk-in freezers</li><ul><li>Walk-in chillers and cold rooms</li><li>Commercial refrigerators</li><li>Bottle coolers</li><li>Wine chillers</li><li>Ice machines</li><li>Compressors and refrigeration systems</li></ul></ul><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong><br><ul><li>Planned preventative maintenance and reactive breakdown work.</li><ul><li>Fault finding and repair of commercial refrigeration systems.</li><li>Compressor replacements and major component repairs.</li><li>Diagnosing and resolving refrigeration system issues.</li><li>Providing excellent customer service across a varied client portfolio.</li><li>Assisting with other areas of the business when required.</li></ul></ul><strong>Candidate Requirements</strong><br><ul><li>Previous experience as a Refrigeration Engineer.</li><ul><li>Strong fault-finding and repair skills.</li><li>Experience working on commercial refrigeration systems.</li><li>Valid F-Gas qualification.</li><li>Full UK driving licence.</li><li>Air conditioning experience would be advantageous.</li><li>Flexible and team-oriented attitude.</li><li>Willingness to support a growing business and contribute beyond the day-to-day role.</li></ul></ul><strong>Package & Benefits</strong><br><ul><li>£45,000 - £50,000 basic salary.</li><ul><li>42.5-hour working week.</li><li>Door-to-door travel paid.</li><li>1 in 4/5 call-out rota - £150 standby payment for call-out coverage.</li><li>Lots of overtime opportunities at enhanced rates</li><li>25 days annual leave plus bank holidays.</li><li>Company pension scheme</li><li>Private medical insurance.</li><li>High-spec company van with fuel card provided.</li><li>Private use of company van permitted.</li><li>Company phone and laptop provided.</li><li>Profit-sharing bonus scheme available after six months' service.</li><li>Ongoing training and development, including opportunities to gain experience across catering equipment and other specialist areas of the business.</li></ul></ul>If you feel you would be well suited for the role or would like to find out more, please send your up-to-date CV.
