We are partnering with a growing technology company delivering advanced robotic and automated solutions to the oil & gas industry. This role is focused on expanding the company’s commercial footprint across the U.S. Gulf Coast and is ideal for a senior Business Development professional who thrives in complex, solution-based selling environments.
This is a highly autonomous, market-building role with direct exposure to senior leadership and close collaboration with an international (UK-based) technical and operations team.
Lead new business development initiatives across the Gulf Coast oil & gas market
Build and manage senior-level relationships with operators, EPCs, and service providers
Drive complex, high-value sales cycles from first contact through contract execution
Develop and execute a regional growth strategy for advanced robotic and automation solutions
Deliver compelling technical and commercial presentations to senior decision-makers
Represent the company at industry conferences, exhibitions, and networking events
Collaborate closely with UK-based teams to support client engagement, project delivery, and market feedback
Provide market insights to inform product development and long-term commercial strategy
5+ years of experience in B2B sales or business development
Proven success closing complex, high-value technical or service-based solutions
Experience in oil & gas, industrial services, energy, or adjacent technical industries
Strong executive presence with excellent communication and negotiation skills
Comfortable operating independently in a growth-stage, market-entry environment
Willingness to travel across the Gulf Coast region
Base salary: $135,000
