Team Leader - Children's Residential Home Hinckley Leicestershire £39,680 - £46,944 per year Full Time | Permanent Includes sleep-in payments & attendance bonus Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of children and young people? We are recruiting for an experienced and compassionate Team Leader to join a Children's Residential Home supporting young people with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs. This is a rewarding opportunity to support young people in a safe, nurturing and therapeutic environment while leading and motivating a dedicated care team.
