<h3><strong>Role Overview: BMS Commissioning Engineer (Northwest Region)</strong></h3>
<p>This role is perfect for someone with a technical or electrical background who is looking to build their expertise in <strong>Building Management Systems</strong>. As a Commissioning Engineer, you will be responsible for configuring, testing, and delivering BMS installations across a range of client sites, supported by specialist training and ongoing development.</p>
<h3> </h3>
<h3><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></h3>
<p>· Configure and test <strong>BMS control panels, controllers, and field devices</strong> to ensure systems run smoothly.</p>
<p>· <strong>Commission</strong> new <strong>BMS installations</strong> and integrate additional equipment into existing networks.</p>
<p>· Develop and fine-tune <strong>control software and graphics interfaces</strong> for client use.</p>
<p>· Carry out on-site commissioning, system handovers, and customer demonstrations.</p>
<p>· Collaborate with Project Managers on installation planning and technical support.</p>
<p>· Maintain documentation including commissioning reports, site records, and system manuals.</p>
<p>· Build strong relationships with clients, acting as their trusted technical advisor on BMS solutions.</p>
<p>· Ensure safe working practices in line with company and site procedures.</p>
<h3> </h3>
<h3><strong>Key Requirements:</strong></h3>
<p>· Background in <strong>electrical engineering, controls, or related disciplines</strong>.</p>
<p>· Experience working with <strong>BMS or control systems</strong> is desirable but not essential (full training provided).</p>
<p>· Familiarity with <strong>HVAC principles and building services</strong> is advantageous.</p>
<p>· Confident IT skills, including <strong>Microsoft Office and system configuration tools</strong>.</p>
<p>· Strong communication skills and customer-focused approach.</p>
<p>· Ability to work independently and manage multiple sites within the region.</p>
<p>· Full UK driving licence.</p>

<h3><strong>Package:</strong></h3>
<p>· Salary £40,000 – £52,000</p>
