To be considered for this position, you must hold a relevant social work qualification (e.g., Degree in Social Work, DipSW) and be registered with Social Work England. Additionally, you should possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, alongside the ability to work effectively under pressure. Experience in child protection and safeguarding practices is essential, as well as a commitment to ongoing professional development.
