About the Role

Pay: $65,000–$85,000/year

The Electro-Mechanical Technician is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing automated manufacturing equipment to keep production running efficiently. This position requires a strong understanding of both electrical and mechanical systems.

Responsibilities:

Diagnose and repair industrial machinery
Perform preventive and predictive maintenance
Troubleshoot electrical controls, motors, conveyors, sensors, and PLC-controlled equipment
Install and test new equipment
Document repairs and maintenance activities
Support production by responding quickly to equipment issues
Follow all safety and food manufacturing regulations

Qualifications:

Experience in industrial maintenance
Knowledge of electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
PLC troubleshooting experience preferred
Ability to read technical diagrams and schematics
