The PM will be responsible for all aspects of project management over all project life cycle phases, coordination, documentation, project planning, risk planning and management, communication management, change management, and stakeholder management. The consultant will engage a diverse set of stakeholder groups to ensure that project requirements and specifications are well understood and documented, that the delivered systems meet OCFO end users needs, all project documentation and plans are maintained, and effective change management is occurring. The consultant will also act as part of the systems architecture group to architect and design enterprise application solutions, especially in the areas of financial systems.
