We are seeking an experienced Account Representative – Customs Brokerage to join a growing logistics team.

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:30 PM

Pay Rate: $25.00–$30.00/hr (based on experience)
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of Customs Brokerage experience
- Strong knowledge of U.S. Customs regulations and HTS classification
- Experience with import documentation and customs clearance processes
- Familiarity with FDA, EPA, FCC, and other government agency requirements
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; CargoWise experience preferred
- Excellent communication, customer service, and organizational skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Process customs entries and coordinate import shipments
- Ensure compliance with U.S. Customs and regulatory agencies
- Communicate with customers, carriers, vendors, and government agencies
- Manage documentation, shipment tracking, and customer service inquiries
