Nestled in the beautiful Surrey countryside, this role is perfect for a hospitality professional with a meticulous eye for detail, a passion for service excellence, and the ability to create unforgettable guest experiences from arrival to departure.
You’ll need to have experience in a similar role within a luxury hospitality environment, with an in-depth understanding of LQA and Forbes standards, and your own mode of transport due to the hotel’s location.

Up to £55,000 per annum + a 15% bonus and £2,000 service charge

Responsibilities as the House Manager…
Overseeing all aspects of the Front of House operation, ensuring seamless service at every touchpoint
Managing the full guest journey, from pre-arrival arrangements to post-departure follow-up
Driving guest satisfaction through meticulous attention to detail and personalised touches
Leading and inspiring your team to deliver the highest standards in line with LQA and Forbes expectations
Coordinating with other departments to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and the delivery of luxury amenities
