? Coordinate with customers, carriers, and internal teams

? Ensure shipments are registered accurately and on time

• 2 plus years of related experience with an emphasis on importing and exporting goods.

• Operations/Administrative Logistics or Transportation background required

• Must be familiar and comfortable with Excel
• Must be able to multi-task and navigate through screens
• Used to an onsite call center environment
