Multi-Skilled Operatives – Facilities Maintenance

<p class="css-1655dm5 e1wnkr790"><b>Job Title:</b> Facilities Maintenance Operatives &#8211; Electricians, PPM Engineers, Multi-traders, M&amp;E Engineers, Gas Engineers.</p> <div class="css-1dhd1xm eu4oa1w0"> <div class="jd-appended-job-description"> <div class="jd-section-employer"> <div class="jd-description-text"> <p><b>Salary:</b> £40k &#8211; 45k pa , depending on the role and experience, overtime available.</p> <p><b>Job Type:</b> Full-Time, Permanent</p> <p><b>Hours:</b> Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week (On-call rota will apply)</p> <p>The ideal candidates will be based in North West London and surrounding counties.</p> <p>We are currently seeking a reliable and experienced Electricians, PPM Engineers, Multi-traders, M&amp;E Engineers, Plumbers , Gas Engineers to join facilities maintenance team. You will play a key role in ensuring that buildings and facilities are maintained to a high standard across hospitality and retail clients.</p> <p><b>Key Responsibilities</b></p> <ul> <li>Carry out reactive repairs and some planned preventative maintenance (PPM) across various sites</li> <li>Undertake Electrical, plumbing, gas, other multi-trade tasks and general building fabric maintenance tasks &#8211; depending on trade</li> <li>Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies</li> <li>Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times</li> <li>Keep accurate records of work completed and materials used</li> <li>Liaise with clients and internal teams</li> </ul> <p><b>Requirements</b></p> <ul> <li>Proven experience in a facilities maintenance or building services role</li> <li>Good working knowledge of trade &#8211; plumbing, electrical work, gas work, multi-trade etc.</li> <li>Full UK driving licence (essential)</li> <li>NVQ Level 2 / 3 or equivalent in a relevant trade (preferred)</li> <li>Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail</li> <li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team</li> <li>Good communication and time management skills</li> </ul> <p><b>Desirable</b></p> <ul> <li>Experience working in commercial Retail and Hospitality environments (e.g. shops, restaurants, pubs etc.)</li> </ul> <p><b>What We Offer</b></p> <ul> <li>Competitive salary and overtime opportunities</li> <li>Company vehicle and fuel cards</li> <li>Tools, uniform, and PPE provided</li> <li>Pension scheme</li> <li>Training and development opportunities</li> <li>Supportive team environment</li> </ul> <p><b>How to Apply</b><br /> If you&#8217;re a skilled and proactive operative with a passion for quality maintenance work, we want to hear from you!</p> </div> </div> </div> </div>
