Protocol Education are working with a specialist SEN school in Billericay who are seeking a resilient and compassionate Pastoral Support Assistant to join their team. This role focuses on supporting pupils with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs, alongside additional needs such as ASD and MLD. You will play a key role in helping students regulate behaviour, build trust, and re-engage with learning.
