Accentuate Staffing is currently recruiting an Entry Level Customer Service Representative for a client of ours in Durham, NC. This position is a temp-to-hire opportunity.
Responsibilities
Answer incoming calls
Enter, track, and process client orders
Assist with account set-up and billing information for customers
Document all information in the organization’s computer database
Prepare monthly reports for management team utilizing Excel
Requirements
College Degree
Previous Office or Internship experience
Proficient in Microsoft Office
