About the Role
SENIOR SERVICE TECHNICIAN Join our Johannesburg team as a Senior Field Service Technician in the downstream petroleum sector, reporting to the Technical Service Manager of Energy. Our technicians dedicate their time to servicing our customers within the Energy sector on a 24/7 basis and requirements include assembly, maintenance, inspections, troubleshooting, and support with new projects. Responsibilities: Assist with installations of electronics for fuel tanker systems. Ensure correct wiring as per drawings for the various installations, prior to delivery of the system. Assisting customers with training and commission of flow computers. Relook installations to ensure effective use of time and productions runs to plan. Assist customers with breakdowns and fault finding. Do ad hoc maintenance to the JBT Marel buildings and premises. Requirements of this role: Qualified Millwright. Proven mechanical, computer and electrical understanding. Computer literate. Valid driver’s license. Valid passport.
