The company has a strong pipeline of work and is offering a stable, long-term opportunity with excellent support and development prospect.</p> <p>The Site Manager will also benefit form a company that operate with some really modern methods of construction and are forward thinking when it comes to construction </p> <p> <strong>The company</strong></p> <p>They&#8217;ve been established for over 12 years &#8211; specialising entirely in prime residential refurbishments and one off bespoke new builds they have recently experienced an influx of new projects, along with 6/7 projects that are currently ongoing. </p> <p>They have a turnover of just over £20 million the company is of medium size and has a long-standing reputation for delivering exceptional standard of work. They also offer a financially stable future. With plenty of projects in the pipeline and a stable reputation. They operate with a genuinely client first approach &#8211; this has lead to lots of repeat business and strong relationships. </p> <p><strong>The Site Manager Role </strong></p> <p>The successful Site Manager&#8217;s first project will be a £3 million refurbishemrtns and extension in Chelsea.
