About the Role
We are seeking a results-driven Mid-Level Recruiter to manage full-cycle recruitment for a leader in the chemicals manufacturing industry. This isn't just about filling seats;it’s about finding the specialized talent that keeps our plants running safely and our innovations moving forward.
This role begins as a contract position with a clear path to permanent employment for a high-performer who can master our niche and build strong relationships with hiring managers.
What You’ll Do
Full-Cycle Management: Own the end-to-end recruitment process for a variety of roles, including Chemical Engineers, Lab Technicians, Plant Managers, EHS Specialists, and Corporate Support.
Strategic Sourcing: Go beyond LinkedIn. Use creative methods to find "passive" talent in the specialized chemicals and industrial manufacturing space.
Hiring Manager Partnership: Act as a consultant to our leadership team, providing market insights, managing expectations, and streamlining the interview process.
Candidate Experience: Ensure every applicant—regardless of the outcome—has a professional and transparent experience.
Pipeline Building: Maintain a steady bench of talent for high-turnover or high-specialization roles to reduce Time-to-Fill.
What We’re Looking For
Experience: 3–5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
Industry Knowledge: Previous experience recruiting for manufacturing, chemicals, oil & gas, or heavy industrial sectors is highly preferred.
Remote Mastery: Proven ability to stay organized, hit KPIs, and communicate effectively in a 100% remote environment.
