In this role, you will oversee electrical maintenance activities, support safety and environmental standards, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the reliability of processing operations. Your technical knowledge and proactive approach will be essential in maintaining system integrity and driving operational excellence.

Required Skills:

• Associates degree, preferably supplemented by technical school courses
• 5+ years of experience in electrical maintenance, instrumentation, and controls
• Journeyman's or Master Electrician's license. License and license number to be provided at application
• Electrician background with lineman/journeyman experience preferred
• Experience working with 25KV and 125KV voltage systems
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems in processing or offshore production environments
• Familiarity with oil and gas operations, regulations, and OIMS systems
• Ability to follow and support Work Permit to Work System (PTWS)
• Excellent troubleshooting, troubleshooting, and communication skills
• Ability to develop and implement technical solutions and perform inspections

Nice to Have Skills:

• Powerline maintenance expertise
• Experience with Management of Change (MOC) procedures
• Knowledge of safety standards and best practices in energy facilities
• Proficiency in technical meetings and training initiatives

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Associates degree in a related technical field
• At least 5 years of relevant industry experience, particularly in high-voltage electrical systems and instrumentation

Other Requirements:

• Willingness to support safety, administrative, and technical training programs
• Ability to work M-F, 40+ hours per week, in a demanding environment
• Openness to occasional travel or site inspections as needed
• Commitment to adhering to environmental, health, and safety standards
