LOCATION: Grapevine, TX | Hybrid after 90 days (3 days onsite, 2 days remote)


Compensation & Schedule

• $50,000 annually

• Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM CT

• Direct hire opportunity


ROLE IMPACT

You will play a key role in supporting student healthcare programs by managing service requests, maintaining accurate records, and assisting universities with enrollment and eligibility needs. From handling daily inquiries to resolving discrepancies, your attention to detail and ability to multitask will help ensure accounts are accurate, responsive, and running smoothly.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage incoming service requests related to enrollment, eligibility, and student account updates
  • Assist universities with adding, deleting, and updating student records within systems
  • Respond to inquiries regarding waivers, eligibility, enrollment status, and refunds
  • Monitor and manage service queues to ensure timely completion of requests
  • Research and resolve discrepancies related to student records, coverage, and payments
  • Process and reconcile payments and invoices, ensuring accuracy and timely follow-up
  • Collaborate with internal teams, carriers, and third-party administrators to resolve questions
  • Maintain accurate documentation and records across multiple systems


MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • 3+ years of experience in healthcare insurance, insurance verification, or related field
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in managing data and service requests
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office including Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • High School Diploma required


PREFERRED SKILLS

  • Background supporting high-volume service environments or case management
  • Familiarity with systems such as Zendesk, Smartsheets, or similar platforms
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to support client-facing interactions
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
