Job Description:

St. Margaret Catholic Elementary School is looking to hire a full-time Math and Science Teacher for grades 4-6. The teacher does not have homeroom responsibilities.

This individual must be a positive influence, dedicated to his/her faith and strive for academic excellence. He/she must have excellent communication skills and demonstrate mutual respect for those in the school community.

Key Responsibilities:

• Utilize effective classroom management techniques to create a conducive learning environment for middle school students.
• Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that cater to diverse learning styles and abilities.
• Utilize communication skills to effectively interact with students, parents, and colleagues.
• Adapt teaching strategies to meet the individual needs of students and promote a positive learning experience.
• Stay updated on educational best practices and incorporate innovative teaching methods into daily lessons.
• Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the overall educational experience for students.

Qualifications:

• A bachelor's degree with certification, is preferred. If applicant does not have certification, working toward certification is a plus. Experience working with Middle School students is preferred.
