Financial Accountant

<p>A fantastic opportunity for a Qualified Accountant to join an established Group Accounting function.</p> <p><strong>Roles and Responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Reporting for management and financial accounting purposes</li> <li>Tax accounting and monthly reporting</li> <li>Budgeting and strategic planning</li> <li>P&amp;L and cashflow forecasting</li> <li>Nominal ledger maintenance and accounting</li> <li>Group reconciliation</li> <li>Preparation of annual statutory financial statements and support audits</li> <li>Stakeholder management – collaborating with local and Group managers</li> </ul> <p><strong>Required Qualifications and Aptitudes:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Qualified (or finalist) ACCA, ACA, or CIMA</li> <li>Experience in a similar role is essential</li> <li>Experience with management accounting, budgeting, and forecasting activities</li> <li>Good analysis skills, able to interpret data and then communicate findings accordingly</li> <li>Able to establish and develop relationships at all levels within the organisation</li> <li>Good analysis skills, able to interpret data and then communicate findings accordingly</li> <li>Attention to detail and able to prioritise changing demands</li> <li>Strong Excel skills</li> </ul> <p><strong>Employee benefits include:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Hybrid working</li> <li>25 days holiday</li> <li>Pension scheme with life insurance</li> <li>Employee discount scheme</li> </ul>
