<p>Do you have a passion for delivering a welcoming and supportive service in a student-facing or customer service environment?</p><p class="MsoNormal">At The University of Law, we’re looking for a full-time <strong>Campus Hub Coordinator</strong> to join our <strong>brand-new Leicester campus</strong>. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a growing and vibrant campus, helping to shape the student experience from the ground up in a modern, research-led university environment.</p><p class="MsoNormal">The new University of Law Hub at University of Leicester is situated at the heart of a diverse and welcoming city, offering modern facilities, dedicated study spaces, and a supportive academic community. As part of this new campus, you will play a key role in empowering students to succeed in their studies, break down barriers to achievement, and make a meaningful impact.</p><p class="MsoNormal">You will be responsible for delivering a welcoming and supportive student service through the Campus Hub, whilst coordinating events and activities that enhance the student experience and connect students with the wider university community.</p><p class="MsoNormal"><strong>As our Campus Hub Coordinator, you will:</strong></p><ul><li class="MsoNormal"><p>Liaise with professional services teams at the host institution and within ULaw to ensure that student enquiries and campus services are delivered to agreed standards</p></li><li class="MsoNormal"><p>Help to promote and deliver on-campus activities and events, including student inductions, welcome fairs, Freshers’ Fair, workshops, information sessions, and assessments</p></li><li class="MsoNormal"><p>Support the Campus Hub Manager with event coordination (room bookings, catering, suppliers, risk assessments, set-up, greeting students, registration)</p></li><li class="MsoNormal"><p>Oversee the booking of rooms and facilities on campus for all events, including assessments, working closely with the Assessment Planning team to ensure effective planning and timely booking</p></li><li class="MsoNormal"><p>Collaborate with the Students’ Union and local support services to co-deliver engaging campus events</p></li><li class="MsoNormal"><p>Act as a first point of contact for student queries, providing accurate information and resolving queries in a timely and supportive manner</p></li></ul><p class="MsoNormal"><strong>We are looking for people who are/have:</strong></p><ul><li class="MsoNormal"><p>Experience of organising or coordinating events, including planning logistics, booking rooms, arranging catering, and supporting delivery</p></li><li class="MsoNormal"><p>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively and empathetically with students and colleagues</p></li><li class="MsoNormal"><p>Experience of collaborating with internal teams and/or external partners to deliver services or events</p></li><li class="MsoNormal"><p>High level of attention to detail and accuracy in administrative and compliance-related tasks</p></li><li class="MsoNormal"><p>A positive, proactive approach, committed to delivering a student-centred, high-quality service</p></li></ul><p>View the full job description <a target="_blank" href="https://www.law.ac.uk/globalassets/13.-media--doc-repo/16.-vacancies/business-professionals/student-enquiries-and-campus-services/doc_business_professionals_campus_hub_coordinator.docx">here </a><span>and it's associated </span><a target="_blank" href="https://www.law.ac.uk/globalassets/13.-media--doc-repo/16.-vacancies/roles-and-responsibilities/pdf_roles_and_responsibilities_team_member.pdf"><span>Roles and Responsibilities.</span></a></p><p class="MsoNormal"><strong>Benefits</strong></p><p class="MsoNormal">On top of a salary of<strong> £37,515 </strong>we provide a generous annual leave entitlement of 30 days, alongside a rewards package that includes:</p><ul><li class="MsoNormal"><p>Private Medical Scheme and Life Assurance</p></li><li class="MsoNormal"><p>Contributory Pension Scheme</p></li><li class="MsoNormal"><p>Training and Qualifications (including Course Sponsorship/Fee Discount)</p></li><li class="MsoNormal"><p>Season Ticket Loans and Student Discounts</p></li></ul><p class="MsoNormal">At The University of Law, you will work alongside like-minded professionals who are passionate about driving innovation in higher education and delivering successful outcomes for our students.</p><p class="MsoNormal"><strong>Our Approach</strong></p><p class="MsoNormal">We are committed to ensuring our workforce reflects our diverse student population, striving to increase representation across age, disability, gender identity and expression, religion, race, sex, sexual orientation, and socio-economic background.</p><p class="MsoNormal">We are also committed to providing adjustments for candidates who may require support during the recruitment process – please contact the ULaw Talent Acquisition Team at <a target="_blank" href="mailto:talentacquisition@law.ac.uk">talentacquisition@law.ac.uk</a>.</p><p class="MsoNormal">Please note: For this opportunity, you must be able to prove your right to work in the UK.
