Oracle HCM Cloud Solution Architect (12+ Years’ Experience) (W2) Position: Remote Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Cloud Solution Architect with 12+ years of progressive experience in designing, implementing, and supporting enterprise Human Capital Management solutions. This role is responsible for providing strategic leadership across Oracle HCM Cloud implementations, with deep expertise in Core HR and strong exposure to Recruiting, Onboarding, and Security. The architect will act as a trusted advisor to clients, leading solution design, guiding business process transformation, and ensuring Oracle HCM Cloud solutions are fully aligned with organizational goals and compliance requirements. Key Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end Oracle HCM Cloud architecture across Core HR, Recruiting, Onboarding, and Security. Advise clients on HCM strategy, roadmap, and product selection, aligned to business goals. Drive process design, integrations, and security models ensuring scalable, compliant solutions. Oversee implementation, upgrades, and production support following Oracle best practices. Mentor teams and partner with executives to deliver high-quality, business-driven outcomes. Required Qualifications: 12+ years of experience in Oracle HCM implementations and consulting, with strong Core HR expertise. Proven experience as a Solution Architect or Lead Consultant on large, complex Oracle HCM Cloud programs. Deep functional knowledge of Core HR, with hands-on experience in Recruiting, Onboarding, and HCM Security. Strong understanding of HCM integrations, data flows, and reporting. Demonstrated ability to lead enterprise clients, influence stakeholders, and manage ambiguity. Excellent communication, presentation, and advisory skills.
