About the Role

As a PPC Strategist / Paid Media Manager, you’ll drive measurable growth for our B2B technology clients through paid search and social campaigns. You’ll own strategy, execution, and optimisation—building strong client relationships and ensuring campaigns exceed expectations. Key Responsibilities Campaign Strategy & Execution Create, manage, and optimise PPC campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other platforms Conduct detailed audience and competitor research to build effective media plans Monitor campaign performance and budgets daily, identifying opportunities to improve ROI Client Engagement Communicate campaign updates via our ticketing system and regular calls Deliver clear, actionable insights through weekly internal and monthly client reports Present performance reviews and strategic recommendations during client meetings Collaboration Work closely with SEO and Paid Media teams to integrate campaign strategies Share insights and contribute to cross-channel performance improvements Performance Tracking Analyse data to identify trends, risks, and growth opportunities Track conversions and KPIs using analytics tools Report results clearly and transparently to clients and the internal team   Key Relationships Reports To: Head of Paid Media, PPC Strategists Collaborates With: SEO specialists to align cross-channel strategies Paid media experts for knowledge sharing and campaign improvements Performance Metrics ROI and campaign efficiency Lead generation and conversion rates Client satisfaction and retention Qualifications Essential Strong experience managing B2B campaigns, particularly on Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads Proven ability to plan, implement, and optimise campaigns Excellent communication and client-facing skills Confidence in analytics and reporting platforms (e.g. Google Analytics, Tag Manager) Goal-oriented, proactive, and data-driven Nice-to-Have Experience in PPC strategy for B2B technology clients Familiarity with other paid media platforms (e.g. Bing Ads, programmatic, paid social beyond LinkedIn) Strong presentation skills for pitching strategy and results
