About the Role

We are looking for a Resident Services Manager to join the team across a portfolio of Build to Rent / Co-Living developments in London. This is an exciting opportunity and your next career step in the growing BTR/Co-Living sector, where exceptional service, operational excellence, and resident experience are at the heart of modern city living.

As a Resident Services Manager, you will support multiple sites by ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of buildings and delivering a consistently outstanding resident experience. This is a highly dynamic, resident-facing role where you will provide operational cover, support on-site teams, and step into both Resident Services Associate and General Manager duties when required.

Responsibilities

  • Provide operational cover across multiple sites for Resident Services Associates and General Managers
  • Support day-to-day building operations, resident engagement, and issue resolution
  • Act as a senior on-site presence, managing escalations and decision-making
  • Drive consistency in service delivery, standards, and operational processes across all sites
  • Identify performance gaps and implement improvements
  • Support onboarding, training, and coaching of on-site teams
  • Conduct site audits covering operations, service standards, and Health & Safety
  • Produce clear reports with actionable recommendations
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Support delivery of a high-quality, consistent resident experience

Requirements

    n
  • Experience in residential, hospitality, or operational environments (Build to Rent / Co-Living preferred)
  • Strong understanding of front-of-house operations and resident experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
  • Proactive, adaptable, and able to work in fast-paced environments
  • Strong problem-solving skills and operational judgement
