What You Bring to the Table:

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities gracefully.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to confidently engage with senior leaders and external stakeholders.
  • Sharp attention to detail and accuracy in all communications and documentation.
  • Experience with expense management systems such as Concur and SAP.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook); familiarity with SharePoint or intake systems is a plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to operate discreetly with confidential information.
  • Ability to anticipate needs and plan proactively in a fast-changing environment.

Nice to Have Skills:

  • Experience coordinating extensive domestic and international travel.
  • Knowledge of vendor onboarding and procurement processes.
  • Familiarity with internal risk and operational controls.
  • Prior experience supporting high-visibility executive offices.

Preferred Education & Experience:

  • An Associate’s degree or higher.
  • Over 3 years of experience in administrative support roles within corporate or professional environments.
  • Proven track record working across multiple departments and stakeholders.

Other Requirements:

  • Ability to work Monday through Friday, from 7-8 AM to 4-5 PM, based on schedule.
  • Comfortable operating in a business casual office setting.
  • Capable of thriving in an in-office environment, sitting in a highly visible location supporting senior leadership.
  • Willingness to support special projects, process improvements, and ongoing operational enhancements.
