<p><strong>Housing Accommodation Officer needed in Maidenhead Paying  £20.16 per hr ref 000B 1E10 / 1</strong></p> <p><strong>Full time hours on a temporary basis</strong>  </p> </p> <p><em><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></em></p> <ul> <li>Manage the allocation (letting) of temporary accommodation to eligible households.</li> <li>Oversee tenancy and property management, ensuring accommodation is safe, compliant, and suitable for occupation.</li> <li>Carry out property inspections and respond promptly to any issues or maintenance concerns.</li> <li>Liaise with tenants, internal teams, and external partners to resolve housing-related matters.</li> <li>Support residents to sustain their accommodation and understand their responsibilities.</li> <li>Ensure the effective collection of accommodation charges and assist with arrears management where required.</li> <li>Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with relevant policies and procedures.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p>If you are interested in the role, please email your CV to verity@essentialemploy.co.uk quoting the reference number. </p> <p>Essential Employment is acting as an Employment Business in relation to this vacancy.
