EQUIPMENT REPAIR ASSOCIATE

You Will: The Equipment Repair Associate will be the on-site repair expert for all equipment both in the warehouse and in the field. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Troubleshoot, repair, maintain, and refurbish equipment in the warehouse and as needed in the field Train internal and external customers on equipment usage Maintain a neat, clean, and organized work area Keep detailed records of repairs made in order to facilitate proper inventory control Willingness to modify work schedule to accommodate activities which may require early departures or late returns to the warehouse Field phone calls from internal customers regarding equipment issues. Have the ability to diagnose the issue and walk the individual through the repair You Have: An automotive diploma is preferred In lieu of a diploma, relevant experience will be considered Strong communication skills (both written and verbal) You will be required to use your own vehicle and tools for this role. A vehicle allowance and kilometer reimbursement will be provided Ability to provide clear and concise oral and written communication to all levels of employees within the Company Uncompromising professional integrity and dependability with a high level of respect for all individuals Goal / Results Oriented – ability to set high reaching goals and achieve results Self-Starter – minimal supervision required Excellent organizational skills and a high level of attention to detail · Comfortable working in a small, fast-paced and entrepreneurial business
